Medical Marijuana Conditions

In November 2008, Michigan voters were confronted with a ballot proposal to allow physician-approved use of marijuana for certain medical conditions. The ballot proposal passed by a large margin, and in this way, Michigan joined the handful of States allowing the licensed used of medical marijuana. The will of the voters was put into place by our elected officials via Michigan Medical Marihuana Act”, (MMMA) and is found at Michigan Complied Laws 333.26424.
